Therapy
Let’s get beneath the surface.
You may understand why you feel the way you do and still struggle to do things differently. Therapy gives us space to explore the experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that keep showing up.
I work with individuals and couples navigating communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, trauma, grief, trust, boundaries, and concerns about sex and intimacy. Our work can include understanding your needs, working through hurt, and practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach is warm, direct, sex-positive, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship structures.
Virtual therapy for California residents. Start with a free 20-minute consultation.
Get clear about what you want. Get intentional about what comes next.
Coaching offers focused support for personal growth, relationship goals, boundaries, and life transitions. We’ll identify what matters to you, explore what’s getting in the way, and turn your intentions into realistic actions.
Expect honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and accountability as you work toward goals you choose.
When the relationship changes, how you move forward matters.
Ending a relationship can bring grief, uncertainty, relief, and difficult decisions, sometimes all at once. I offer uncoupling support to help you clarify your needs, communicate boundaries, and navigate the emotional experience of separation.
As a Certified Divorce Mediator, I also facilitate structured conversations to help separating partners identify priorities, explore options, and work toward agreements. Mediation is a separate service from therapy and does not provide legal representation.

Professional expertise. Personal connection. Care that fits you.
You deserve a therapist who brings both clinical expertise and humanity into the room. My approach combines specialized training with a warm, direct, collaborative style that makes space for you to show up as yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I’m also trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
These approaches give us different ways to work toward what matters to you: understanding patterns, managing difficult emotions, communicating your needs, strengthening connection, and making meaningful changes. Together, we’ll shape our work around your experiences and goals.
I also hold a Master of Public Administration and am a Certified Divorce Mediator, offering support through relationship transitions with compassion, clarity, and intention. I’m pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology.
I bring the knowledge. You bring your lived experience. Together, we make room for healing, growth, and a way forward that feels right for you.
Let’s talk about where you are and the support you’re looking for.
Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong before reaching out?
No. You might know what you want to work on, or you might just know something feels off. The consultation is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you here and explore which service may fit.
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy can address mental health concerns, trauma, emotional distress, and relationship patterns. Coaching focuses on goals, choices, skills, and moving forward. Coaching does not include mental health diagnosis or treatment. We’ll discuss your needs and which approach is appropriate.
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationships, intimacy, communication, boundaries, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach welcomes diverse identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy.
Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are offered through telehealth. Therapy is available to clients located in California at the time of their sessions. For coaching and mediation, we’ll confirm availability and fit during your discovery call.
What happens during the free consultation?
We’ll spend 20 minutes discussing what you’re looking for, answering your initial questions, and exploring whether working together feels like a good fit. It’s an introductory conversation, and there’s no obligation to book.
Can I reach out if my partner isn’t ready?
Yes. You can seek individual support to explore your own needs, responses, boundaries, and next steps, even if your partner isn’t ready to participate.
Do you help couples who are considering separation?
Yes. I offer support around uncoupling and am a Certified Divorce Mediator. We’ll discuss whether you’re seeking emotional support, help navigating the transition, or mediation. Mediation is a separate service from therapy and does not replace independent legal advice.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your request is emailed to me. I’ll follow up to discuss your needs and the next step. Please keep your initial message brief and save sensitive personal details for a private conversation.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill for therapy services that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are billed at the full session rate.
